Course Description
The course is designed to provide construction workers with information they need to know to recognize fall hazards in the workplace and to properly utilize equipment to prevent falls.

Objectives
  • •Residential construction employees will be able to recognize applications where PFAS should be utilized.
  • •Students will be able to understand what the federal and state requirements are regarding training for PFAS.
  • •Students will understand how to properly utilize fall protection equipment such as personal fall arrest and related devices.
  • •Students will understand how to perform inspections on PFAS and related devices.
  • •Students will be able to understand the requirements for proper connection and anchorage of PFAS and associated hardware.
